15 June – Wollondilly Shire Council’s Community Grants Program – provides funding towards community projects, events and equipment purchases to support community organisations and groups operating within the Wollondilly Local Government Area for the benefit of local communities.

18 June – Screen Australia – Documentary Production – The aims of the documentary production funding programs are to support Australian documentary content for production and release for Direct-to-Audience, Television and Feature Film platforms; distinctive storytelling for a range of budgets and audiences across local and global platforms; and content makers at different career stages who reflect the breadth of Australia in service of cultural, creative and economic benefits.

23 Jun – Music Australia Core Contribution Fund  Two-year funding for Australian music industry representative organisations whose primary activity is providing services to key areas of the contemporary Australian music industry.

23 Jun – Ian Potter Emerging Artist Grants – for individual emerging and early-career artists across Australia, practising in all art forms and disciplines.

25 Jun – Screen Australia: First Nations Documentary Development  – This program seeks to provide practitioners with the opportunity to create appropriate written and/or visual materials to ensure that projects are as strong as possible when competing for production finance. Emerging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander producers are encouraged to apply.

25 Jun – Screen Australia: First Nations Program: Feature Drama Development  – This program aims to provide opportunities for Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander screen content makers with demonstrated experience to extend their craft and their ideas in the longer feature format.

25 Jun – Screen Australia – First Nations Program: TV Drama Development  This program aims to provide practitioners with the opportunity to create appropriate written and/or visual materials to ensure that projects are as strong as possible when competing for production finance.

30 Jun – Protection of Cultural Objects on Loan Scheme -Provides legal protection for cultural objects on loan from overseas lenders for temporary public exhibition in Australia.

30 Jun – North Queensland Production Incentive  Attracts footloose screen productions to North Queensland.

2 Jul – Screen Australia – Online Production Special Initiatives: Digital Originals ]- This program aims to support practitioners and projects that reflect the unique diversity of people and experiences from around Australia, all of which are important culturally, creatively and economically.

7  July – Arts and Disability Initiative  is for d/Deaf and disabled artists and arts workers. You can apply for funding to develop a new work, or to build your practice, skills and networks.

7 July – Music Australia Export Development Fund – International Professional and Artistic Development (Category 2) This program aims to support international professional development activities.

7 July – Music Australia Export Development Fund – International Performance and Touring (Category 1) This program aims to provide funding for international tours and performances by Australian contemporary music artists.

7 July – Music Australia Export Development Fund – International Market and Audience Development (Category 3) This program aims to support international promotional and content creation activities.

27 Jul – Peter Blazey Fellowship 2027  The $20,000 award is intended to further a work in progress from writers in the non-fiction fields of biography, autobiography and life writing.

30 Jul – Screen Australia – Narrative Content Production Program – This program aims to support content makers to produce narrative projects for online/direct-to-audience, television and theatrical feature film platforms.

1 Sep – Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Australia – Funding for Cultural Projects – This program aims to support cultural projects initiated by Australian artists, groups and organisations. Grants between $3,000 and $25,000 are available.

13 Oct  Creative Australia – Contemporary Music Touring Program (CMTP) – This program aims to support national touring activity undertaken by Australian musicians performing original Australian contemporary music

27 Oct – Creative Australia Four Year Investment for Organisations 2029–32 Enabling arts and cultural organisations to plan with longer-term certainty and increase capacity to leverage other support in 2029–32.

NSW Government $1,000 Safe Work Rebate – Available for eligible items such as  ladders, marquees etc.  There is a free  SafeWork training sessionto apply.

Development Program – Supports writers and producers to develop fiction or unscripted (documentary) and online projects with distinctive ideas and ambitious stories.

Sound NSW Touring and Travel Fund – Applications close 12pm (midday) on the last Friday of each month (excluding December). Funding for artists, acts and industry professionals to tour, showcase and undertake professional development.

International Cultural Diplomacy Arts Fund (ICDAF)  This program aims to support activities in Australia and around the world that promote the Australian Government’s international arts and cultural engagement and cultural diplomacy priorities, and assist the Government in meeting Australia’s international commitments relating to arts and culture.

William Fletcher Artist Grants – Provides grants for the development of talented Australian artists.

AFTRS First Nations Scholarships  – This program aims to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, with the costs associated with higher education at Australian Film Television annd Radio School.

SupportAct Crisis Relief Grants – Support is available to musicians, managers, crew and music workers across all genres experiencing financial hardship as the result of illness, injury, mental health, older age or another current crisis that is impacting their ability to work in music.
